
Call Center Supervisor
At AAA, we are looking for a Call Center Supervisor who is passionate about customer service and ready to take on the challenge of leading a team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of customer service policies and procedures, and the ability to think quickly and calmly under pressure. This individual must possess the ability to motivate and lead a team, while also ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • At least 3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience • Superior communication, problem solving and decision-making skills • Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities: • Lead a team of customer service representatives by providing guidance, mentorship and coaching. • Oversee daily operations of the call center to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service standards. • Monitor call center performance to ensure that customer service representatives are meeting quality and productivity goals. • Handle escalated customer service issues in an efficient and professional manner. • Analyze customer feedback to identify potential areas of improvement in customer service operations. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for customer service operations. • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention. • Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics to management. • Actively participate in recruitment and training of customer service representatives.
