
Call Center Supervisor

This individual will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that customer service is of the highest possible standard.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of Call Center Supervisory experience, preferably in a customer service environment. The ideal candidate will also possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Responsibilities for Call Center Supervisor:
- Supervise and monitor the performance of the Call Center team to ensure all customer service standards are met.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Call Center personnel.
- Train and develop employees on customer service principles and practices.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and provide resolution.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Call Center.
- Ensure that customer inquiries are answered in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
