Job Description

Are you an experienced Call Center Supervisor looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of members of the American Automobile Association (AAA)? We at AAA are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Call Center Supervisor.The successful candidate will need to possess the necessary technical and communication skills, as well as the professional demeanor to oversee our Call Center team. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that customer service is of the highest possible standard.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of Call Center Supervisory experience, preferably in a customer service environment. The ideal candidate will also possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. In addition, the successful candidate should be a motivated self-starter, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.If you are committed to delivering outstanding customer service, and are excited about the opportunity to join a growing organization, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities for Call Center Supervisor:

  1. Supervise and monitor the performance of the Call Center team to ensure all customer service standards are met.
  2. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Call Center personnel.
  3. Train and develop employees on customer service principles and practices.
  4. Handle escalated customer service issues and provide resolution.
  5. Monitor employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  6. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Call Center.
  7. Ensure that customer inquiries are answered in a timely and accurate manner.
  8. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  10. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments.
