  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive university recruiting strategy to attract top talent from universities globally.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key university stakeholders, including career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  4. Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to source and attract high-potential candidates.
  5. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
  6. Coordinate and attend career fairs, information sessions, and other university events to promote AMD and engage with potential candidates.
  7. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in university recruiting to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  9. Provide a positive candidate experience by consistently communicating with candidates and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share best practices and support company-wide recruitment initiatives.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for AMD by promoting our company culture, values, and opportunities for growth to potential candidates.
  13. Assist with onboarding and integration of new hires from university recruitment.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve university recruiting processes to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In University Recruiting Or Campus Relations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of University Recruitment Strategies And Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With University Stakeholders.

  • Experience Working With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Technology.
