  1. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of semi-custom solutions to customers.
  2. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to provide updates and gather requirements.
  3. Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  4. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  5. Act as a liaison between technical teams and management to provide project updates and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  6. Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
  7. Proactively identify and address any roadblocks or issues that may affect project delivery.
  8. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that solutions meet their requirements.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  12. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline project execution and enhance efficiency.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with team members and stakeholders.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our technical capabilities and expertise.
  15. Continuously assess and evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Program Management, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Hardware And Software Development Processes And Industry Standards, Such As Iso And Itar.
