  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent globally for AMD.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide support in creating effective job descriptions and recruitment plans.
  4. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  5. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews, both virtual and in-person, with candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  9. Generate recruitment reports and provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve and optimize operations.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to promote employer branding initiatives and enhance AMD's reputation as an employer of choice.
  12. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network and attract potential candidates.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information.
  14. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Technology Or High-Tech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition Operations And Processes, Including Applicant Tracking Systems, Recruitment Marketing, And Onboarding.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision-Making And Improve Processes.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
