- Oversee and manage all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in hiring.
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates and provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct background and reference checks for potential hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Produce and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other recruiting events.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company.
- Assist with other HR or recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment Operations.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools.
Excellent Project Management And Organizational Skills.
Ability To Analyze Data And Provide Insights To Improve Recruitment Processes And Strategies.
