Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, With A Focus On Operations And Process Improvement.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Technology And Tools, Including Applicant Tracking Systems And Job Boards.

  • Experience In Project Management And Process Optimization, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Efficiencies In The Talent Acquisition Process.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Influence Decision-Making.
