  5. Develop and maintain firmware development processes and standards.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of firmware engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  7. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in firmware development to continuously improve processes and technologies.
  9. Work closely with hardware engineers to optimize firmware and hardware integration.
  10. Document and communicate firmware designs, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders.
  11. Participate in product planning and provide technical expertise to guide product development.
  12. Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  13. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  14. Continuously improve firmware development processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for firmware development, providing guidance and support to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Assembly.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Firmware Development For Embedded Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Microprocessor Architectures And Experience With System-Level Design.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Firmware Engineers.
