  1. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, while maintaining strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and track product movement to identify potential delays or shortages, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
  3. Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and increase efficiency.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding supply chain activities.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments.
  7. Identify and resolve any supply chain disruptions, such as delayed deliveries or quality issues, in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Continuously monitor and assess supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
  9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on supply chain activities and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  11. Participate in supply chain planning and forecasting to support business goals and objectives.
  12. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for supply chain processes.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain management.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  15. Support and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Technology, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
