Staff Internal Auditor

Internal Audit team partnerships with functional teams and business/product work groups to identify areas of risk, make valuable recommendations on process standardization, control enhancement, cost reduction, influence decision-making process and drive change towards operational excellence. Build strong relationships with cross functional business partners and external auditors at all levels. Prepare and provide written and oral reports, communications and/or presentations to management and executives. Lead, design, and execute operational audits to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control environment, compliance with Company policies and procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Develop preliminary findings and realistic recommendations to improve / enhance the internal control environment and risks mitigation.
