- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations matters
- Conduct investigations into workplace conflicts and complaints, ensuring fair treatment and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Advise and guide managers on employee relations issues, providing coaching and support as needed
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance and making recommendations for policy updates as needed
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement in employee relations processes and procedures
- Provide training and resources to employees and managers on topics related to employee relations, conflict resolution, and diversity and inclusion
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all employee relations cases and investigations
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Contribute to the overall positive and inclusive work culture at AMD through proactive communication, support, and advocacy for employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, Fmla, And Other Relevant Legislation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult And Sensitive Employee Relations Issues.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Policies And Procedures.
