You will be responsible for promoting fair and consistent treatment of all employees, resolving workplace conflicts, and providing guidance and support to both employees and managers.   • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations matters
  • Conduct investigations into workplace conflicts and complaints, ensuring fair treatment and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Advise and guide managers on employee relations issues, providing coaching and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers, fostering a culture of open communication and mutual respect
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance and making recommendations for policy updates as needed
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement in employee relations processes and procedures
  • Provide training and resources to employees and managers on topics related to employee relations, conflict resolution, and diversity and inclusion
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all employee relations cases and investigations
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Contribute to the overall positive and inclusive work culture at AMD through proactive communication, support, and advocacy for employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Global Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, Fmla, And Other Relevant Legislation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult And Sensitive Employee Relations Issues.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Policies And Procedures.
