  1. Lead and oversee the development and execution of next-generation data center graphics processors for the DC GPU team.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the development of cutting-edge GPU technology.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
  4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  5. Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  6. Identify and address technical roadblocks and challenges to ensure project success.
  7. Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in GPU technology.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to team members to drive innovation and problem-solving.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the development process.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and vendors.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their growth and development.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and strategies.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings.
  15. Contribute to project planning, risk management, and decision-making processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Managing Technical Projects: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing Technical Projects, Preferably In The Field Of Data Center Gpu Technology. This Includes Planning, Executing, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Center Gpu Architecture: The Sr. Technical Program Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Development And Launch Of New Dc Gpu Products. Therefore, A Deep Understanding Of The Architecture And Design Principles Of Data Center Gpus Is A Must-Have Qualification For This Role.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Sr. Technical Program Manager Will Be Required To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Communicate Project Updates And Progress To Stakeholders, And Lead A Team Of Engineers. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Project Management Certification: A Certification In Project Management, Such As Pmp, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques, Which Are Crucial For Successfully Managing Complex Technical Projects.

  • Experience In Working With Gpu Or Semiconductor Companies: Previous Experience In The Gpu Or Semiconductor Industry Is A Plus For This Role. It Provides The Candidate With A Deeper Understanding Of The Market And Competition, As Well As The Technical Challenges And Opportunities In This Field.
