- Lead and manage a team of data center engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions for AMD's data centers.
- Utilize expertise in data center engineering to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that meet industry standards and align with company objectives.
- Take ownership of the data center engineering process and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop project plans, and implement solutions that support company goals.
- Utilize strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and leadership skills, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data center engineering, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within AMD's data centers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data center strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate and comprehensive documentation of data center engineering processes, procedures, and standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, and promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Data Center Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Management Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Center Hardware, Software, And Networking Technologies.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
