  1. Lead and manage a team of data center engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions for AMD's data centers.
  2. Utilize expertise in data center engineering to drive the development of cutting-edge solutions that meet industry standards and align with company objectives.
  3. Take ownership of the data center engineering process and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop project plans, and implement solutions that support company goals.
  5. Utilize strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  6. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and leadership skills, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data center engineering, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within AMD's data centers.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data center strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  9. Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate and comprehensive documentation of data center engineering processes, procedures, and standards.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, and promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Data Center Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Management Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Center Hardware, Software, And Networking Technologies.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
