Extensive Experience In Fpga Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Fpga Designs For High-Performance Computing Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Hdl Languages And Design Tools: A Sr. Lead Silicon Design Engineer Should Be Well-Versed In Hdl Languages Such As Verilog, Vhdl, And Systemverilog, And Have Experience With Industry-Standard Design Tools Like Xilinx Vivado And Intel Quartus.
Expertise In System-Level Design And Integration: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of System-Level Design Principles And Experience In Integrating Fpga Designs With Other Hardware Components, Such As Processors, Memories, And High-Speed Interfaces.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Lead Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers, Setting Project Goals And Timelines, And Ensuring Successful Project Execution.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Protocols: Familiarity With Industry Standards And Protocols Such As Pcie, Ddr, And Ethernet Is Essential For Designing Fpgas That Can Seamlessly Integrate With Other Systems And Devices.
