  1. Develop and execute test plans and procedures for new products, ensuring they meet all design specifications and requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough and detailed testing of semiconductor products, including functional, reliability, and performance testing.
  3. Analyze and interpret test data to identify any issues or areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to the design team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product validation.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and enhance the testing process.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the testing process, working closely with the design team to find solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain test equipment and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and in compliance with industry standards.
  8. Clearly communicate test results and findings to the team, providing regular updates on the status of product validation.
  9. Ensure that all testing processes and procedures are in compliance with company and industry quality standards.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers on testing procedures and best practices.
  12. Participate in product design reviews and provide input on testability and test coverage.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  14. Collaborate with external suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability of components used in testing.
  15. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In System Or Test Validation Engineering In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And/Or Perl, As Well As Experience With Testing And Debugging Software.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Industry Standard Validation Methodologies, Such As Dft, Dfm, And Dfr.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment With Cross-Functional Teams.
