- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop high-performance, low-power silicon designs for next generation processors
- Lead the design and verification process for key components of the silicon, ensuring they meet performance, power, and area targets
- Utilize your expertise in silicon design and verification methodologies to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the development process
- Work closely with layout engineers to optimize the physical implementation of the design
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of the silicon to ensure its functionality and performance meet specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and innovate the silicon design process
- Communicate progress, updates, and any potential roadblocks to the project team and management
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on the team
- Adhere to company and industry standards and regulations throughout the design and development process
- Collaborate with other teams and departments, such as marketing and manufacturing, to ensure the successful launch of the product to the market.
Strong Understanding Of Computer Architecture And Microprocessor Design.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Experience With Rtl Design, Synthesis, And Timing Closure.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Silicon Design Engineering, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Proficient In Verilog And Systemverilog Hardware Description Languages.
