  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop cutting-edge silicon designs for next-generation processors.
  2. Utilize your expertise in silicon design to continuously innovate and push the boundaries of computing technology.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and incorporate new technologies into designs.
  4. Develop and implement complex designs using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  5. Ensure designs meet all quality and performance standards, as well as timeline and budget objectives.
  6. Work closely with verification and validation teams to debug and resolve any issues that arise during the design process.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into future designs.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on silicon design techniques and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate their technologies into our designs.
  10. Clearly communicate design concepts, progress, and challenges to team members and management.
  11. Continuously analyze and optimize designs to improve performance, power consumption, and cost.
  12. Follow all company and industry standards and regulations for silicon design and development.
  13. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews to contribute ideas and provide feedback.
  14. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion, meeting all project goals and deadlines.
  15. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of design processes, methodologies, and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Computer Engineering

  • Extensive Experience With Digital Design And Verification For Complex Asics And/Or Socs

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Design And Verification Tools Such As Verilog, Systemverilog, And Uvm

  • Knowledge Of High-Speed Interfaces And Protocols Such As Pcie, Usb, And Ddr

  • Strong Understanding Of Silicon Design Methodologies And Flows, Including Synthesis, Timing Analysis, And Dft
