  1. Conduct signal and power integrity analysis to identify potential issues and optimize performance of AMD products.
  2. Collaborate with hardware design and validation teams to develop and implement high-speed and high-power design solutions.
  3. Utilize advanced simulation and modeling tools to analyze and predict signal and power integrity issues.
  4. Develop and maintain SI/PI design guidelines and best practices for the team.
  5. Perform design reviews and provide recommendations for improving signal and power integrity.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SI/PI techniques and technologies.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug complex signal and power integrity issues in a timely manner.
  8. Create and maintain documentation related to SI/PI methodologies and processes.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of SI/PI solutions into overall product design.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve the SI/PI performance of AMD products.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and optimize SI/PI solutions.
  12. Train and mentor junior engineers on SI/PI concepts and methodologies.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on SI/PI progress and recommendations.
  15. Maintain a strong focus on quality and reliability in all aspects of SI/PI engineering.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Si/Pi Engineering Within The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Proficiency In Simulation And Analysis Tools Such As Hyperlynx, Cadence Allegro, And Ansys Hfss.

  • Strong Understanding Of Signal Integrity And Power Integrity Principles, Including High-Speed Design Techniques And Pcb Layout.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Si/Pi Issues, And Communicate Solutions Effectively To Cross-Functional Teams.
