- Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to simulate, model, and validate designs.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential signal integrity issues, proposing creative solutions to ensure reliable operation.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in signal integrity and high-speed design, and apply this knowledge to improve AMD's products.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Work closely with external partners and suppliers to develop and validate signal integrity solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design processes, analysis results, and project progress.
Extensive Experience In High-Speed Signal Integrity Design And Analysis For Complex Digital Systems, With A Focus On High-Speed Memory Interfaces Such As Ddr4/5, Gddr6, And Hbm.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Signal Integrity Simulation Tools Such As Hspice, Hyperlynx, And Ads, As Well As Experience With Lab Equipment Such As Oscilloscopes, Tdrs, And Vnas.
Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Signal Integrity Solutions For High-Volume Production Products, Including Board Layout, Power Delivery, And Package Design Optimization.
Strong Understanding Of Electrical Engineering Principles, Including Transmission Line Theory, Power Integrity, Timing Analysis, And Noise Coupling Mechanisms.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
