  1. Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding AMD's products and technologies.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AMD products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AMD's products and their capabilities.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert for AMD products, both internally and externally.
  6. Assist in the development and testing of new products and technologies.
  7. Conduct product trainings and workshops for customers and internal teams.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate potential product issues or improvements to relevant teams.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.
  10. Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, providing valuable insights and feedback.
  11. Participate in customer visits and conferences to showcase AMD's products and capabilities.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on product knowledge and technical skills.
  13. Play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention through excellent technical support and customer service.
  14. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Application Engineering Within The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Processor And System Architecture, Including X86 And Arm Architectures.

  • Experience With Product Characterization, Validation, And Debug.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
