  1. Develop and implement an effective insider threat program to protect AMD's assets and confidential information.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to identify, assess, and mitigate potential insider threats.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to address identified risks.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in insider threat detection and prevention.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of the insider threat program into all aspects of the company.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of the insider threat program.
  7. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to educate employees on insider threat awareness and prevention.
  8. Monitor and analyze internal data and activity to identify potential insider threats and take appropriate action.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the status of the insider threat program and any potential risks.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the insider threat program to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams and departments on insider threat-related matters.
  12. Conduct investigations and respond to insider threats as needed, following established protocols and procedures.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Represent AMD at industry events and conferences to stay current on insider threat trends and share best practices.
  15. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of insider threat management.

  • Extensive Experience In Insider Threat Management: A Senior Manager At Amd Should Have A Deep Understanding And Extensive Experience In Managing Insider Threats, Including Identifying Potential Threats, Implementing Preventive Measures, And Responding To Incidents.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Professionals Responsible For Identifying And Mitigating Insider Threats. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards Achieving Company Goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cybersecurity: The Senior Manager Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles, Practices, And Technologies. This Includes Knowledge Of Security Frameworks, Risk Assessment Methodologies, And Compliance Regulations.
