  1. Develop and maintain HR data reporting and analytics strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform HR strategies and initiatives.
  3. Create and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership and HR stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  5. Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  6. Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in HR analytics and reporting, and make recommendations for implementation.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to understand their reporting needs and provide timely and accurate data.
  8. Support the development and implementation of HR processes and systems to improve data collection, tracking, and reporting.
  9. Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  10. Train and mentor junior HR analysts on data reporting and analytics best practices.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on HR data and reporting, providing guidance and support to HR team members and managers.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, leveraging data to drive decision-making and track progress.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve HR reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources Data Reporting And Analysis, Including A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Systems And Data Management, With Proficiency In Hris And Reporting Tools Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Metrics And Analytics, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data To Inform Strategic Decision-Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred. Relevant Certifications, Such As Shrm-Scp Or Phr, Are A Plus.
