- Develop and maintain HR data reporting and analytics strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- Create and present reports and dashboards to senior leadership and HR stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in HR analytics and reporting, and make recommendations for implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to understand their reporting needs and provide timely and accurate data.
- Support the development and implementation of HR processes and systems to improve data collection, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Train and mentor junior HR analysts on data reporting and analytics best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert on HR data and reporting, providing guidance and support to HR team members and managers.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, leveraging data to drive decision-making and track progress.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism.

Extensive Experience In Human Resources Data Reporting And Analysis, Including A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Systems And Data Management, With Proficiency In Hris And Reporting Tools Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Metrics And Analytics, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data To Inform Strategic Decision-Making.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred. Relevant Certifications, Such As Shrm-Scp Or Phr, Are A Plus.
