- Lead and manage all compliance investigations within the organization, ensuring timely and thorough investigations are conducted.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies for conducting compliance investigations in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, and finance, to ensure investigations are conducted in a fair, objective, and thorough manner.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters, including best practices and potential risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance investigation processes are in line with current standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, to ensure a thorough understanding of compliance requirements and expectations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on investigation findings to senior management, highlighting any potential risks and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
