  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  4. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in cloud computing technologies.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or outages in the cloud environment.
  6. Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with other systems.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for all cloud systems and processes.
  9. Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures to ensure data protection.
  10. Manage user access and permissions in the cloud environment.
  11. Work with vendors and service providers to procure and manage cloud services.
  12. Train end-users on how to use cloud services effectively.
  13. Provide regular reports on the performance and usage of cloud resources.
