Job Description

Driven and motivated with leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate multiple internal stakeholders. Responsible for SAP Basis functions like certificate management, software installation, setup, upgrades, patches, performance monitoring, tuning, capacity management, utilizing enterprise standards/tools & security of SAP ecosystem. Manage change control, incident response, and testing processes for changes related to SAP Systems. Develop a 24x7 response to system problems and drive trouble shooting, root-cause analysis, issue resolution and escalations. Partner with service providers and IT functions to prioritize, protect & leverage AMD's SAP Investment.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in SAP BASIS/Security Administration including one or more of the following SAP modules

  • Preferred experience with S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, HANA Database and SAP SaaS Application Administration

  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for SAP Basis Administration and operations

  • Experience working with Cloud Platforms
