Salesforce Manager
Learn business processes to build training for sales users. Experience working in large sales organization (+500 Sales Users). Develop and publish lesson plans to create a training curriculum, coordinate logistics for the successful execution of interactive training “workshops” across medium-sized groups. Create and Deliver Training Sessions by user type. Develop and publish all Hands-on Training communications. Provide hands-on training to user audience in person, via video conference, and in written format. Conduct a survey of each training session to gather lessons learned and inform future training sessions. Develop and maintain Communication Library for Updates and system release cycles. Develop and provide continuous improvement of communications campaigns for system updates and new features. Revise training sessions based on system changes and user feedback. Deliver focused, consistent training on a regular cadence for various sales teams.
Salesforce Certification and experience working in a Sales Environment
Experience providing training sessions, public speaking or facilitating training sessions
Certified Trainer, Certified Change Management and Project Management preferred
