  1. Design and develop RTL (Register Transfer Level) code for complex digital hardware systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine design specifications.
  3. Perform RTL coding, synthesis, and timing analysis to meet performance and power targets.
  4. Utilize industry-standard design and verification tools to ensure high-quality and efficient designs.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug issues in RTL code and work closely with verification engineers to resolve any design bugs.
  6. Continuously research and implement new design methodologies and techniques to improve design efficiency and productivity.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards related to RTL design.
  8. Collaborate with physical design and implementation teams to ensure smooth integration of RTL code into the final product.
  9. Document RTL design processes, methodologies, and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve any potential design issues or bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  12. Take ownership and responsibility for assigned design tasks and deliver within project deadlines.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders to provide regular updates on design progress and any potential roadblocks.
  14. Maintain a strong focus on continuous learning and self-improvement to stay updated with the latest technology and design techniques.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Experience With Industry-Standard Eda Tools For Rtl Design, Simulation, And Verification.

  • Strong Understanding Of Computer Architecture And Microprocessor Design Concepts.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Rtl Design For Complex Digital Systems.

  • Proficiency In Verilog And/Or Vhdl Coding Languages.
