
Revenue Operations/Business Manager
This position requires leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and a track record of driving business objectives. This role is ideal for those who are process-oriented, develop strong relationships with business partners, and have an aptitude for data and numbers. Assess and analyze risk to revenue, including customer inventory, demand pipeline, sell-through velocity and forecast accuracy. Lead strategic initiatives to drive process improvements and address organizational efficiencies. Engage and train the sales team on pipeline and forecasting best practices; manage and drive process improvements for forecasting, planning, and reporting. Drive continuous data improvements by highlighting anomalies to internal data management team for resolution. Documentation and communication for all owned processes.
Experience working in a matrix organization where building collaboration and influence generates results
Prior experience working in the Semiconductor industry
