As the Regional Employee Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees.   1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives for regional offices.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters in the region.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues before they escalate.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  7. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  8. Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with regional leadership and employees.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in employee relations to continuously improve processes and programs.
  11. Serve as a mediator and facilitator in conflict resolution between employees or between employees and management.
  12. Coach and mentor managers on effective employee relations practices.
  13. Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
  14. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-State Capacity.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Navigate And Resolve Complex Employee Relations Issues.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Programs And Initiatives To Promote A Positive And Inclusive Work Environment.
