  1. Oversee the implementation and execution of various programs and initiatives within AMD.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of programs.
  4. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or roadblocks that may impact program success.
  5. Monitor and track program progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Communicate program updates, changes, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ensure program objectives are clearly defined and measurable, and work towards achieving them.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to support program execution.
  10. Continuously assess and improve program processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to program implementation.
  12. Represent AMD and its programs at industry events and conferences.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the program implementation team.
  14. Uphold and promote AMD's values and culture in all aspects of program implementation.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for AMD, promoting its mission, vision, and products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Complex Programs And Projects On Time And Within Budget

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Manage Cross-Functional Teams Effectively
