  1. Develop and implement high-quality software solutions for AMD's processors and graphics products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  3. Implement and maintain efficient and scalable code that meets performance goals.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  5. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve AMD's software solutions.
  6. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on the team.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
  8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  9. Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize software development tasks.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and customers to understand their needs and provide technical support.
  11. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing software solutions.
  12. Keep accurate documentation of software design, development, and maintenance processes.

  • Extensive Experience In Semiconductor Industry: A Principal Application Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Semiconductor Industry, Including Its Products, Technologies, And Market Trends.
