  1. Lead the development and definition of product power and performance requirements for AMD's computing and graphics solutions.

  3. Conduct research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs, and use this information to drive product strategy and development.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AMD's product portfolio, including performance metrics, power consumption, and efficiency.
  5. Manage and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team to ensure alignment with product goals and objectives.
  7. Design and execute experiments and tests to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for optimization.
  9. Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry standards to continually improve product development processes.
  10. Attend and participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers on power, performance, and product definition processes and techniques.
  12. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, during all stages of product development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Lead Engineering Role, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Microprocessor And System Architecture, As Well As Power And Performance Optimization Techniques.

  • Proven Experience In Defining And Driving Product Requirements And Specifications.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Results On Tight Timelines.
