Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Package Layout Design For Semiconductor Products.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Cadence Allegro And Mentor Graphics Xpedition.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Guidelines For Package Layout Design, Including Thermal Management And Signal Integrity.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
