  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and processes to support the success of our operations and quality initiatives.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial data related to operations and quality, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality throughout the organization.
  4. Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting for operations and quality projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  5. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making for operational and quality initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to operations and quality processes.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and senior leadership, to align financial goals with business objectives.

  13. Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Finance And Operations Roles, Preferably In A Technology Or Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Financial Planning, Budgeting, And Analysis.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Efficiencies And Improving Quality Control Processes.
