  1. Develop and implement comprehensive occupational health strategies for North America region in alignment with company policies and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, identify and mitigate occupational health risks in the workplace.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing occupational health programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  5. Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on occupational health and safety best practices.
  6. Maintain accurate records and data related to occupational health programs and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in occupational health to continuously improve and enhance programs.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support occupational health initiatives.
  9. Communicate regularly with employees at all levels to promote awareness and understanding of occupational health policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a resource and point of contact for employees regarding occupational health concerns and inquiries.
  11. Collaborate with HR and management to develop return-to-work plans for employees returning from injury or illness.
  12. Serve as a leader and role model for promoting a culture of safety and wellness within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Occupational Health Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of North American Occupational Health Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Comprehensive Occupational Health Programs, Including Risk Assessment, Monitoring, And Prevention Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
