  1. Design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge memory IP systems for next-generation processors.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system requirements and specifications.
  3. Conduct research and evaluation of new memory technologies and techniques to drive innovation and improve system performance.
  4. Develop and maintain system-level simulation and verification environments for memory IP.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug issues with memory IP systems, working closely with the design and verification teams.
  6. Continuously improve and optimize memory IP systems to meet performance, power, and area targets.
  7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in memory technology and apply them to improve system design.
  8. Communicate project status and present technical information to team members and stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate their memory IP into our systems.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
  11. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for quality and reliability in memory IP systems.
  12. Contribute to the development of patentable ideas and intellectual property related to memory IP systems.
  13. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in memory IP development.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  15. Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Memory Ip Design And Verification.

  • Strong Understanding Of Memory Architectures, Protocols, And Standards Such As Ddr, Lpddr, And Hbm.

  • Proficiency In Industry Standard Eda Tools For Memory Design And Verification.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Team Environment.
