Manager - Supply Chain

Develop the Supply Chain Data Quality Management Team through leadership, recruiting team members and recruiting cross-functional matrixed responsible parties for managing supply chain data. Be a strategic leader by establishing team direction, schedules, and key objectives with a focus on driving Supply Chain Planning quality excellence and continuous improvements. Develop a proper architecture and system for governing the supply planning data quality and build appropriate alerts/checks for triggering actions. Define and establish measurements. Establish process control and assess conformance to data quality related critical metrics. Work with different groups in ensuring planning BOM and parameters for all NPIs are set, in resolving planning parameter gaps, analyzing actual data on parameters, and highlighting where planning parameter is out of range. Review and analyze Weekly Supply Chain Planning System Plan outputs for consistency and accuracy.
