Job Description

The Manager, Globalization & Localization will lead localization strategy, operations, and technologies, with a primary focus on corporate, technical, sales and partner effectiveness. You will apply your domain knowledge and experience in content internationalization, localization lifecycle management, translation management system, machine translation and international expansion to engage audiences across languages and cultures. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with culturally and geographically diverse stakeholders. Define and execute on end-to-end localization programs from planning, budgeting to delivery and QA. Allocate resources and budget to efficiently maximize business outcomes and contribute to the strategic objectives along the customer journey. Build new, and optimize existing, localization solutions, and train stakeholders on best practices.

  • Progressive experience leading globalization / localization at technology companies with B2B & B2C audiences.

  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments and teams, building partnerships, and influencing change.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and leverage innovative technologies.

  • Comfortable analyzing data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.
