  11. Identify and propose solutions for any design challenges that may arise.
  12. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality RTL designs.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
  14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion.
  15. Continuously improve and optimize RTL designs to meet performance and power targets.
  16. Mentor and train junior engineers on RTL design and integration best practices.
  17. Maintain accurate documentation of design processes and changes.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Rtl Design For Complex System-On-Chip (Soc) Designs.

  • Proficiency In Verilog And Systemverilog Languages And Experience With Industry Standard Eda Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Integrated Circuit Design Principles And Methodologies, Including Synthesis, Timing Analysis, And Design For Testability (Dft).

  • Experience With Industry Standard Interfaces And Protocols Such As Pcie, Usb, Ddr, And Ethernet.
