Inside Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team, to help AMD grow its Commercial Systems business in the Americas region through effective management of the Opportunity Pipeline, key business, and operational metrics. Track the opportunity pipeline across the full suite of AMD-based Commercial Systems (Commercial Client, Server, Datacenter Graphics). Develop and monitor operating metrics to ensure high performance from the newly formed Inside Sales Team. Manage the flow of opportunities from OEM based sales teams, leads generated by Marketing demand generation activities, and other sources. Direct the opportunities to the correct teams ~ Inside Sales, Commercial BDE’s, HPC Specialists. Assist Sales in understanding historical performance and future opportunity pipeline to better forecast expected results. Support the Sales teams in providing insight and analysis to the business to aid strategic decision making.
