- Design and implement Identity and Access Management systems to meet the company's security and efficiency needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.
- Configure and maintain IAM systems, including user provisioning, access controls, and single sign-on.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM systems, working closely with other IT teams and vendors.
- Perform regular audits and reviews to identify and address potential security risks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM systems, including policies, procedures, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IAM technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
- Train end-users on IAM systems and provide technical support when needed.
- Continuously monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and escalations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, progress reports, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement automation and scripting solutions.
- Proactively identify and propose solutions for potential system vulnerabilities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and change management processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Iam Systems Engineering Or Related Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management Principles, Technologies, And Best Practices.
Proficiency In Implementing And Managing Iam Solutions Such As Active Directory, Single Sign-On, And Multi-Factor Authentication.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Consult And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
