- Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans for IAM initiatives.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to IAM systems and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IAM systems by regularly monitoring and auditing access controls.
- Keep up-to-date with current IAM technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements and updates to existing systems.
- Conduct user training and provide technical support to users as needed.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of IAM systems and processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate and implement new IAM solutions.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning for IAM systems.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of IAM budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Act as a subject matter expert for IAM systems and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize IAM processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IAM team and the larger organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Managing And Implementing Iam Systems In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Expertise In Identity And Access Management Technologies Such As Active Directory, Ldap, Saml, And Oauth.
Experience With Scripting And Automation Tools (E.g. Powershell, Python) For Iam Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Security Best Practices And Compliance Standards (E.g. Iso 27001, Nist, Gdpr) And Their Application In Iam Systems.
