Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Data Analysis, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Manufacturing Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Management And Reporting Tools, Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Hris Systems.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Employment Laws And Regulations.
