  1. Perform thorough and comprehensive electrical validation of high-speed IO interfaces to ensure they meet the required performance standards.
  2. Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and scripts for validating the electrical performance of IO interfaces.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues with the IO interfaces.
  4. Analyze and interpret test data to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization.
  5. Utilize industry standard tools and equipment to perform electrical validation tests.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in high-speed IO technology.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on validation progress and any potential issues.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide input to improve the electrical performance of IO interfaces.
  9. Create and maintain documentation of validation procedures and results.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the electrical validation process.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely product releases.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on high-speed IO electrical validation techniques and best practices.
  13. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during the validation process.
  14. Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical support as needed.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In High-Speed Io Electrical Validation, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, And Electromagnetic Compatibility (Emc) Principles.

  • Experience With High-Speed Io Interfaces Such As Pcie, Usb, Ddr, And Hdmi.

  • Proficient In Using High-Speed Signal Measurement Equipment And Simulation Tools, Such As Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, And Signal Integrity Simulation Software.
