  1. Lead the development and design of high-performance hardware systems for AI and data center networking solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Utilize your expertise in hardware system architecture to drive innovation and improve performance of existing products.
  4. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and data center networking to provide recommendations for future product development.
  5. Work closely with engineering teams to design and implement complex hardware systems, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware system design and performance.
  7. Develop and maintain product documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  8. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and support.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and integrate new technologies into hardware systems.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to hardware system architecture to increase efficiency and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Understanding Of Advanced Hardware System Architecture Principles, Including Processor And Memory Design, Interconnect Technologies, And Power Management.

  • Extensive Experience In Designing And Optimizing Ai And Data Center Networking Hardware Systems, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches.

  • Strong Proficiency In Programming And Scripting Languages Commonly Used In Hardware Design, Such As Verilog, Vhdl, And C/C++.

  • Deep Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In The Ai And Data Center Networking Space, Including Machine Learning, High-Performance Computing, And Cloud Computing.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams And Mentor Junior Engineers.
