Job Description

We are looking for a talented, self-driven and motivated Board HW Design Engineer with a strong experience in design of Analog/RF/Mixed Signal/ high speed digital design boards to join the Central Products Group (CPG) Hardware Development team. Responsible for HW design of board products using AMD (formerly Xilinx) ACAPs, FPGAs, MPSoCs, RFSoCs and other devices. Responsible for coordinating with SI/PI team, Layout team, NPI team, and various other teams for completing the board design distributed globally. Responsible for all aspects of board design and documentation of designs. Responsible for preparation of and implementing checklists for schematic design.

Job Qualifications

  • HW design experience in Analog, RF and HSDD boards

  • Excellent experience in designing with interfaces like PCIe Gen3/4/5, Multi Gigabit serial buses, DDR4/LPDDR4, Flash, SPI, I2C

  • Experience designing with AMD (formerly Xilinx) ACAPs, FPGAs, MPSoCs and/or RFSoCs a plus

  • 2 years of exp or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related equivalent
