Job Description

Define a Global Mobility strategy that aligns with both industry trends and the needs of the business for both domestic and country moves. Drive improvements across the Global Mobility function by designing and building an end-to-end solution to include relocation, immigration, and tax. Design new intake process for employee and business-initiated moves. Design end-to-end processes with clear RACI, in partnership with key global stakeholders. Assess global mobility trends and business requirements and present recommendations for the global footprint of the Global Mobility Team. Assess vendor support model and footprint, and drive necessary changes to support growing business needs. Build a reporting dashboard to monitor and report on all types of moves.

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years + of experience within the Global Mobility arena including Domestic moves, Country moves, Ex-Pat assignments

  • Experience rolling out large-scale projects and programs globally.

  • Ability to work effectively in a global company within a multi-cultural, cross-functional, and matrixed team.
