  1. Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions for data center GPU products, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and in line with industry best practices.
  2. Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their professional growth and development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies for implementation.
  4. Design and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of data center GPU products.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technology, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful delivery of automation projects.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to automation, working closely with the engineering team.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders and management to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to automation.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Data Center Gpu Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Deep Knowledge And Understanding Of Data Center Gpu Architecture, Including The Ability To Design, Develop, And Maintain Complex Systems Using Gpus.

  • Proficient In Full Stack Automation: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Building Full Stack Automation Frameworks For Data Center Gpu Products, Including Front-End And Back-End Technologies, Such As Angularjs, Node.js, And Python.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Tech Lead, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading A Team Of Engineers And Driving Them Towards Achieving Project Goals. This Includes The Ability To Mentor And Guide Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices: The Candidate Must Have A Good Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Data Center Gpu Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Testing Methodologies, Performance Optimization Techniques, And Security Protocols.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Identify And Solve Complex Technical Problems Efficiently. This Includes Troubleshooting Issues Related To Data Center Gpu Products And Providing Innovative Solutions To Improve Performance And Reliability.
