  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Government Relations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communication for the government relations department, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  3. Prepare and edit professional documents, presentations, and correspondence for the Senior Vice President and other team members as needed.
  4. Maintain and organize department records, including confidential and sensitive information, with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
  5. Act as a liaison between the government relations department and other departments within the company, as well as external stakeholders.
  6. Assist with the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other engagements related to government relations.
  7. Conduct research and gather information on relevant legislative and regulatory issues to support the work of the government relations team.
  8. Collaborate with the executive assistants of other company leaders to ensure smooth coordination and communication across all departments.
  9. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity within the government relations department.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Political Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Ideally Supporting A High-Level Executive In A Government Relations Or Public Affairs Department.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Political Landscape And Government Processes At The Local, State, And Federal Levels.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Priorities Simultaneously.

  • Exceptional Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Draft And Edit Complex Documents, Presentations, And Correspondence.
