  1. Conduct research and development activities to support the design and manufacturing of advanced semiconductor products.
  2. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
  3. Set up and maintain testing equipment and tools, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
  4. Perform product testing and data analysis to identify and report any anomalies or discrepancies.
  5. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.
  6. Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  7. Assist in the design and fabrication of prototypes and test fixtures.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project progress.
  11. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Train and mentor new technicians or team members as needed.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
  14. Attend meetings and contribute to discussions related to product development and improvement.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
